Software developed by DK Consulting is available for purchase through the Apple App Store and directly through our website via Paddle. We encourage you to review the documentation available online and contact our Support Team at support@dk.ua before purchasing to ensure the software meets your requirements.

 

Purchases via Apple App Store For applications purchased through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled directly by Apple in accordance with their terms and policies. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

 

Purchases via Paddle For software purchased directly through our website, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions. Refund requests for Paddle purchases may be submitted to our Support Team at support@dk.ua within 30 days of purchase and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Paddle's own terms and refund policies may also apply.
