Today: managing tasks with Start Date

All newly created tasks that have Start Date set for current date and tasks overdue earlier are kept in Today tab.

When Start or Due Date falls on today, tasks with appropriate date are transferred from Scheduled to Today. Overdue tasks are displayed at the top of the list and are marked with red checkbox.
